Welcome to the De Soto Police Department DARE Page. On this page we will provide you with information regarding our current and upcoming activities along with updates about current DARE Events. The De Soto Police Department currently has two DARE officers that teach at Vineland Elementary, St. Rose and Athena. Officer Henry Prystalski and Officer John Spradling.
