The Records Clerk is a civilian administrative position within the Police
Department. The Records Clerk is responsible for maintaining police reports and
appropriate distribution of those reports to citizens and other interested
parties when requested. The Records Clerk is also the records custodian for
the Police Department. She is responsible for maintaining citations and summons
