Some of the responsibilities of the
Administrative Assistant/City Clerk are to attend
meetings of the City Council; record and
transcribe meeting minutes; serves as
custodian of official City records;
coordinate City
elections, supervise
preparation and publication of legal
notices; draft letters and memoranda;
oversee the
Risk Management Program and in the absence
of the City Manager, will supervise all
activities and personnel of the City.
