Records
The Records Division of the De Soto Police Department
consists of one full-time secretary. Gera Hamby is
responsible for filing and tracking reports, summons'
and citations. Gera maintains a working relationship
with other agencies such as The Jefferson County
Prosecuting Attorneys Officer, De Soto Court Staff, and
other Police Agencies. The Records Division is an asset to the
day to day operations of the Police Department.
For questions regarding Reports including Motor Vehicle Accidents you may contact Gera at (636)337-4213 you may also send fax requests to Gera at (636)586-8893 Please allow 7-10 business days before requesting copies of Police Reports.
Copies of Police Reports may be obtained from the De Soto Police Department Records Division Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm for a fee of $5.00
